Returns of products can take place within 15 days from their delivery so long as the buyer is not satisfied with his purchase or the products that were delivered to him were not in good condition. The procedure of return takes place on condition that:
The product is in the initial condition in which you received it. If any damage or alteration is noticed on the product and its package then the procedure to return it cannot be completed.
The returns take place through the courier SPEEDEX and the shipping costs burden “Aloe Vera – Hellas Ltd”.
Until the product reaches us, it is under your liability, hence it is important to make sure that the shipping package is safe so as to avoid any damage during the transfer and as a result the inability to return it.
In case you want to change your product, the procedure that is followed is the following: we return the amount to your bill or your credit card (depending on the way you paid ) and after its return, you can make a new purchase from our site.
In case you receive a product that is worn or damaged, contact us immediately at 2810-381818 from Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00. If the liability is not yours, then within the next 8 hours, contact the courier company in order to for them takes the blame.
We inform you that the company “Aloe Vera – Hellas Ltd”, bears no liability in case of loss or damage of the item during the return transfer.
To avoid your suffering, it is advisable to check carefully, the moment of the delivery, the condition of the product and its package, so that if there is any flaw or damage to notice it on time.
In any case contact us before the return of a product at 2810-381818 from Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 or send us an e-mail at info@aloevera-hellas.gr in which you mention the reasons of the return and the code of your order.
As soon as we receive the return product the procedure the return of its value will begin. It depends on the way of payment you have selected. This way, the amount of money wil be returned to you either by cancelling the charge in your credit/debit card or by depositing the amount within 15-30 working days in the bank account you have suggested, in case of cash on delivery (it is in effect only within Greece).
