The terms below and the conditions cover exclusively every sale of products or/and services through the e-shop of our COMPANY that is found in the website www.aloevera-hellas.gr (from now on “site”). Any other terms and conditions are explicitly excluded. Every user that accesses and makes transactions or uses the services of our e-shop (from now on “Customer” or “User” respectively) is considered to agree with and unreservedly accept the terms that are formulated here, without any exceptions. If a user does not agree with these terms, he ought to abstain from the use of our e-shop and from any transaction with it. The COMPANY preserves the right to change the terms of use any time.
The COMPANY is bound as to the veracity, the accuracy and the completeness of the information that is cited in our e-shop, concerning the identity and the data not only of the COMPANY but also of its suppliers and the main characteristics of the products that are available through our e-shop. In any case, the COMPANY is liable to inform the Customer on time about the non-availability, hence in this case bears no further liability.

In the framework of good faith, the COMPANY is not liable and is not bound to possible mistakes in features, photographs and the prices of the products that are written on the site and cannot secure that there won’t be any mistakes by any cause during the input or /and the update of the features or/and the price of a product.
The COMPANY bears no liability for possible not allowed interventions by third parties to products or/and information that is available through our e-shop.

In addition, the User agrees that all the members, partners, employees, the management, the shareholders and other partners of the COMPANY are not liable for anything that occurs by third party members that use the site. Every use that is against the above except for any or/and civil sanctions induces the interruption of the services provided without any warning.
The prices of our e-shop can change any time without warning. The COMPANY bears no liability and does not cover differences in the prices of products that were purchased from an actual store with the trademark ” www.aloevera-hellas.gr ” in Greece and the customer noticed the existence of a lower price at the e-shop or the opposite.
The whole content of the e-shop, including the distinctive titles, marks, images, graphics, photos, designs, texts e.t.c. comprise the copyright of the COMPANY and is protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek Law, the European Law and the International conventions or copyright of third parties for which the COMPANY has received license to use for its own needs exclusively and for the function of the e-shop.
